Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

Creators Ville is a global AI-powered brand–creator collaboration platform. We help brands and creators connect, collaborate, and grow their partnerships. Your privacy is essential to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information whenever you interact with our platform.

By using Creators Ville, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Identification Data: When you sign up, we may collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, gender, date of birth, and nationality. This helps us verify your account, create your profile, and communicate with you effectively.

Professional & creator Data: For creators, we gather details about your niche (e.g., fashion, tech, lifestyle), industry category, audience demographics, follower count, content style, engagement rate, and collaboration history. This data allows brands to discover and evaluate you for partnerships.

Brand & Business Information: If you are a brand or business, we may collect your company name, brand identity, product categories, marketing preferences, and campaign requirements. This enables us to recommend suitable creators for your campaigns.

Technical Information: To ensure platform stability, we automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, app versions, and crash logs. This technical data assists us in troubleshooting errors and improving platform performance.

Usage Data: We also monitor how you interact with our platform, including the pages you view, clicks, time spent on the platform, searches you perform, and actions you take. This helps us optimize user experience and refine features.

AI Data Inputs: When you voluntarily provide content, posts, or other data, our AI analyzes it to generate insights, recommendations, or better creator-brand matches. For example, if you upload campaign preferences, our AI may suggest creators who align with your goals.

Google User Data (Google Sign-In and YouTube Integration): If you choose to connect a Google account, we collect only the following, and only for the stated purpose:

OAuth Scope Used

We do not request write-access scopes. We cannot post, upload, edit, comment, or delete anything in your Google or YouTube account on your behalf.

The only scopes we request are openid, userinfo.profile, userinfo.email, and, with your separate, explicit consent — youtube.readonly.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Account Creation & Authentication: To register your account, verify your identity, and keep your profile secure.
  • AI-Powered Recommendations: Our AI analyzes your creator or brand data to suggest the best potential matches for collaborations.
  • Improving Platform Experience: By monitoring usage patterns and feedback, we optimize features and introduce updates that better serve you.
  • Personalized Marketing: We display campaigns, creator recommendations, or brand opportunities most relevant to your preferences. You may opt out at any time (see Section 9).
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect suspicious activity, prevent fake accounts, and maintain a safe community.
  • Customer Support: When you reach out with queries or issues, we use your information to respond and provide effective troubleshooting.
  • Legal Compliance: We process certain data to meet global legal requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.

3. Social Media & Third-Party Account Integrations

To provide creators and brands with accurate insights, seamless onboarding, and reliable campaign management, Creators Ville allows you to connect your accounts from various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. When you connect an account, we only access the information necessary to provide our services.

  1. Facebook Integration
  • Authentication: If you log in via Facebook, we may access your email, name, profile picture, and unique account ID for identification.
  • Page Connection: When you link a Facebook Page, we may collect page ownership details, follower count, and engagement metrics (likes, comments) to calculate performance insights.
  • Safeguards: We never post content to your Facebook profile or pages without your explicit consent. You may revoke access anytime from Settings or via Facebook’s account settings.

  1. Instagram Integration
  • Account Verification: We may access your account ID, profile name, and profile image to confirm ownership.

  1. Google & YouTube Integration
  • Authentication: Logging in with Google allows us to access your name, email, profile picture, and account ID (see the table in Section 1 for the exact scopes used).
  • YouTube Data: With your separate, explicit permission, we may collect your channel URL, subscriber count, view counts, and recent video performance to display on your Creators Ville profile.
  • Safeguards: We cannot upload, alter, or delete content on your behalf. Access may be revoked anytime via Creators Ville Settings or your Google Security Settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Limited Use Compliance: Creators Ville’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • AI Use Restriction: Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In and the YouTube API is not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models. It is used only to authenticate you and to provide the specific features you’ve requested (e.g., displaying your channel stats on your profile).

  1. TikTok Integration
  • Account Verification: We may access your account ID, username, and profile details to verify ownership.
  • Performance Insights: Likes, comments, impressions, reach, and audience demographics may be collected to measure engagement.

  • Right to Revoke Access: You can disconnect any connected account anytime through Settings.
  • Data Retention: We only store integration data as long as necessary to provide our services. See the retention table in Section 8.

4. How AI Processes Your Data — and Your Right to Object

Creators Ville is powered by AI and machine learning models that help provide smarter recommendations and streamline collaborations:

  • Analyzing Audience Demographics: AI studies creator audience data (age, location, interests) to ensure the right match for brand campaigns.
  • Evaluating Engagement Patterns: AI monitors likes, comments, and interactions to determine authenticity and flag fake engagement.
  • Understanding Brand Needs: For brands, AI reviews campaign goals and product categories to suggest aligned creators.

⚠️ Important: AI provides recommendations only — it does not make final business decisions. You always review, accept, or reject suggestions.

Your right to object: You may opt out of AI profiling at any time, free of charge, without affecting your ability to use the core platform. To opt out:

  • Go to Settings → Privacy → AI Personalization and toggle off AI-based matching, or
  • Email [email protected] with the subject line “AI Opt-Out.”

If you opt out, you will see standard, non-personalized listings instead of AI-curated matches. This right is part of the broader set of rights described in Section 9.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Access

  • With Brands and creators: Any data you make public on your profile (niche, audience demographics, engagement stats) may be visible to potential collaborators.
  • With Service Providers: We partner with trusted providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and platform security — see Section 7 for named examples. These providers only access what is necessary to perform their function.
  • For Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulatory authorities, or to protect against fraud and misuse.
  • Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may be transferred as part of business continuity.
  • Examples of third-party involvement: Social logins (Google, Meta/Facebook, Apple), payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay), and analytics/advertising partners (Google, Meta).

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

6. International Data Transfers

As a global platform, Creators Ville operates across multiple countries, and your data may be stored or processed outside your home country. We apply the legal safeguard appropriate to your location:

  • European Union / EEA: We rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for transfers outside the EEA.
  • United Kingdom: We rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs, for transfers of UK residents’ data.
  • Brazil (LGPD): We rely on standard contractual clauses recognized under Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, or transfer only to jurisdictions with an adequacy decision from the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
  • United States: We comply with applicable state privacy laws (including the CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, and UCPA where applicable) governing data sharing and cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • All other regions: We apply contractual and technical safeguards substantially equivalent to the above, even where not strictly required by local law.

Wherever your data travels, we maintain the same standard of security and privacy protection.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

To deliver a seamless experience, Creators Ville uses cookies, tracking pixels, and similar tracking technologies. These technologies help us improve functionality, personalize services, and provide users with relevant recommendations.

  • Authentication Cookies: These are essential for keeping you logged into your account. Without them, you would have to log in repeatedly every time you switch pages or return to the platform.
  • Preference Cookies: These remember your settings, such as language preference, display layout, or saved filters. This ensures that when you return, the platform is tailored to your choices.
  • Analytics Cookies: These allow us to understand how users interact with Creators Ville. For example, they provide insights into which pages are most visited, how long users stay, and where improvements are needed.
  • Advertising Cookies: These are used to deliver ads that are more relevant to your interests. Instead of random promotions, our system can suggest brand opportunities or creator campaigns aligned with your profile.
  • Security Cookies: These help us protect your account by detecting suspicious activities, preventing fraud, and safeguarding against unauthorized use.

👉 You can always manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, some features, such as auto-login or personalized recommendations, may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

9. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Others)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Correction: Fix outdated or inaccurate details.
  • Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Request deletion of your data.
  • Objection: Opt out of AI profiling (see Section 4) or personalized advertising.
  • Restriction of Processing: Limit how your data is used, e.g., during a dispute.
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for optional features like marketing emails at any time.

Google/YouTube-specific rights: You can disconnect your Google account and request deletion of associated channel data at any time via Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect, or by emailing us. Disconnection triggers deletion of cached YouTube data within 30 days.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity first to protect your privacy. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner where local law requires.

10. Security of Your Information

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
  • Secure Infrastructure: Hosted on secure, access-restricted servers monitored 24/7.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Available to all users as an extra safeguard.
  • Regular Security Audits: Frequent audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Incident Response: A defined breach-response plan to notify affected users and regulators as required.

No online platform can guarantee 100% security. Use strong passwords and enable available security features.

11. User-Generated Content

  • Public Information: Content you choose to make public (profile, campaign listings, collaboration highlights) is visible to other users globally.
  • Private Information: Email, payment details, and private chats remain confidential and are shared only as necessary for transactions or legal obligations.
  • Control of Visibility: You decide what to disclose and to whom (e.g., display stats publicly, keep pricing private until negotiation).
  • Responsibility in Sharing: Exercise caution when posting sensitive details publicly.
  • Content Moderation: We may review, monitor, or remove content that violates community guidelines, infringes IP, or poses safety risks.

12. Children’s Privacy

Creators Ville is not intended for individuals under 16 (or the legal age of digital consent in your country, if higher).

How we verify age: At registration, all users must self-declare their date of birth. Any registration attempt declaring an age below the applicable minimum is automatically blocked at signup. In addition:

  • Our systems run periodic automated checks for inconsistencies between declared age and other account signals (e.g., connected profile data).
  • Accounts flagged by users, moderators, or these automated checks are manually reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.

If we learn a minor’s data was inadvertently collected, we will:

  1. Remove the account and data permanently from our systems.
  2. Notify the parent or legal guardian where identifiable, detailing what was collected.
  3. Strengthen verification steps to prevent recurrence.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to Creators Ville, contact [email protected] and we will investigate promptly.

This approach aligns with COPPA (United States) and the GDPR’s provisions on children’s data (EU).

13. Third-Party Links & Services

Creators Ville may contain links to external websites, embedded content, ads, or integrations (payment providers, analytics tools, social plug-ins). These operate independently:

  • We do not control third-party privacy practices.
  • Responsibility for data handled by external services rests with them once you engage with them.
  • Third-party cookies/tracking on your device are governed by their own policies.

Examples of third-party involvement: social logins (Facebook, Google), payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay), and analytics/advertising partners (Google Analytics, Meta Ads). Review their privacy notices directly.

14. Payments & Financial Data

  • Trusted Third-Party Processors: All transactions are processed through secure, licensed providers such as Google Pay, PayPal, or Stripe.
  • We Do Not Store Full Payment Information: We never store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials — only minimal transaction data (confirmations, dates, invoice references) for compliance.
  • Compliance: Transaction data may be retained for legally required periods (tax, audit, anti-fraud — see the 7-year retention period in Section 8).
  • Security: All payments are encrypted via SSL/TLS; our partners follow PCI-DSS standards.

15. Policy Updates

  • Minor changes (clarifications, formatting, non-material updates): take effect immediately upon posting, with the “Last Updated” date revised.
  • Material changes (e.g., new categories of data collected, new purposes of processing, new third-party processors, reduced user rights): we will notify you by email and/or a prominent in-app banner, and will require your affirmative re-consent via an in-app prompt before continuing to process your data under the revised terms. Continuing to use the platform without providing this affirmative consent does not constitute acceptance of material changes.
  • We encourage you to review this page periodically.
