Account Deletion Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
At Infliuence, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can delete your Infliuence account — whether you're a creator or a brand — and what happens to your information when you do. You can request deletion directly inside the app or through this web page, without needing to reinstall the app.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — From within the app
- Open the Infliuence app and sign in to your account.
- Go to
Profile → Settings → Account. - Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your request. You may be asked to re-enter your password or verify your identity to keep your account secure.
Option 2 — Through the web (no app required)
If you no longer have the app installed, you can still request deletion by emailing us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." To protect your account, we may ask for additional information to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.
You can also reach us through our Contact Us page.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account deletion request is verified and processed, we permanently delete the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your profile information (name, username, photo, bio, niche, and location)
- Account login credentials
- Linked social media handles and connected platform data
- Your Influence Score and performance history
- Campaign applications, collaboration history, and submitted content stored on your profile
- Saved preferences and settings
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data, earnings history, or Influence Score.
What Data May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period after deletion where we are legally or operationally required to keep it, including:
- Financial and transaction records (such as payouts, invoices, and tax-related data), retained as required by applicable laws and accounting obligations — typically up to 7 years or as mandated by local regulation.
- Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you and is used for analytics and platform improvement.
These records are retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and are then securely deleted.
Content Shared With Brands or Third Parties
If you are a creator, content you submitted or published as part of a brand campaign may have already been shared with, downloaded by, or licensed to the relevant brand or platform under your campaign agreement. Deleting your account does not automatically remove that content from a brand's own records or from third-party platforms where it was published, as that content may be governed by separate agreements outside our control. Details of how we share data are described in our Privacy Policy.
Backups
Your data may persist in our secure backup systems for a short period after deletion as part of routine disaster-recovery processes. These backups are protected, are not used for any active purpose, and are overwritten or deleted on our regular backup cycle.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your profile, campaigns, earnings dashboard, and Influence Score, and you will stop receiving promotional communications from us. You may still receive limited transactional or legally required communications where applicable. If you wish to use Infliuence again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Account Deletion Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, reflected in our Privacy Policy.
